Longmont Tri

Our friend Matt did the Longmont Triathlon today and we went to cheer him on. It was a another beautiful summer day, so it was a lot of fun to hang out outside and watch all the people doing the race. I was especially excited because we got to use our cowbell for the first time...more cowbell please!

Maybe next year Ryan and I will participate in this event. We've watched it the last few years and it always looks like so much fun. We just need to get ourselves in gear. I know I can run, I can kind of bike...but it's the swimming part that makes me a little nervous about actually signing up for a Triathlon.

Morgan and Brady cheering on their daddy, they are such cute little kids!

Cameron and I cheering on Mr. Matt

Brady Man, he was passing out goldfish crackers to everyone around us, too funny

Ryan and Cameron, she is so hip in her backwards hat!
